The author spend THREE months in total visiting China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon and Mexico. He then wrote a cookbook with recipes he "discovered" on his visit. Any complex recipe he proudly "simplified" and "streamlined", often changing the major ingredients. Result, a mediocre cookbook full of the stereotyped recipes of each countries, with a couple of decent salad ideas.
