Excellent guide for drawing action poses. Start with basic transparent structural blocks. From importance of showing gravity, to natural movement and position of fingers and toes.

There is a growing trend towards the correct way to draw - by observation and doing - this develops your own style. So it is refreshing to see a book that isn't a paint by numbers, follow this formula narrative - but gives you a template upon which to do your own experimenting with drawing the human figure from your imagination.
