Eh, I did not feel the flow on this dvd. It is separated into several mini workouts whereas I was hoping for one long flow. Each one ends in relaxing poses, like sitting or lying down, and then immediately goes into the next workout where you are standing. The vocal cues are not always on point so it can be difficult to follow along. I would not recommend this for beginners with no experience in yoga as the instructor sometimes goes into poses without explaining them.
