The original book on mindful studies by Ellen Langer, one of the original researchers of mindfulness in America. It stands as a "classic" in this area and is worth a read by anyone exploring the concept of mindfulness.

A nice replay of the original publication which still contains relevant information on her studies on mindfulness. However, if you have read the original, the 25th anniversary edition adds nothing new outside of the introduction.
