This is a pretty good cookbook, although some of the recipes use ingredients that might be hard to find or expensive. There are several recipes that are fairly simple to make - I have made recipes for chicken, stew, and some sides and they all turned out pretty well. I cook for only 2 people and most of these recipes serve 4-6 people, so I either cut them down or plan to eat leftovers. The pictures in the book are beautiful although not always of the actual finished recipe!
