This is beautiful. I haven't even cooked from it yet; but I have spend literal hours flipping and re-flipping through the inventive flavors and gorgeous food styling. Total decadence. Lots of fun.

Can't give a full 5 because I haven't tried any recipes- although they all look divine.

My favourite pie book so far. This is a great book to have on your shelf if you're looking for a pie only book. It divides all its recipes up by month so you can bake seasonal pies all year. It is my go-to book if I have to troubleshoot crust, and has so many inventive pies! You could bake one pie every week of the year if you wanted, and never repeat a pie (or make a pie that is even slightly similar to anything else in the book.
