Seemed self-indulgent without much application to others who suffer. It struck me that it was a continuation of her trying to heal. I would have liked some extension to the healing of others dealing with similar issues instead of a recitation of what hasn't worked for her.

This woman's story was profoundly moving. Even with her strong family support, resources and intelligence, it is a mountain climb to overcome..
she puts to rest the bumper sticker that rape is about power, when it is about sex for the victim. And fear, and terror and chronic re-living. I like that it wasn't just a personal story, but one that combined excellent research. I was moved and informed at the same time.
