This picks up where the previous volume left off, with Cap and his allies on the trail of the new Hydra faction, while another old adversary works against them. Alan Davis is on board for art in this collection, and he's always welcome whenever he handles art duties. Brubaker by this time has established his run on the character as one of the definitive creative runs for Captain America, and he writes these characters very well indeed.
