I do like this cozy series although Hamlet is very similar to KoKo in the Lillian Jackson Braun series. The storylines are interesting though and the characters enjoyable. I did guess the identity of the murderer before the end of the book, but that is certainly not always the case. This series is good enough that It will keep me coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, but I cannot help but wonder if Barton is setting the stage for Hamlet to talk. I know, I know, it’s weird and completely out of left field and there is no concrete evidence at all. Just…something about the ending makes me think that might be where she’s going.
