Hard to really tell if it's the "The Cleanse" or the alteration in diet which brings on the changes. Many anecdotal aspects to the "Clean" some of which are not backed up by recent studies ( such as the efficacy of taking probiotics ). Not a dangerous fad and certainly better then eating processed foods that have lost their nutritional value. Worth reading. Worth trying.

I am doing the Cleanse and after 9 days, I feel like a different person. I can do this easily, it's not like a diet and I never feel hungry and depraved. This truly will change your life!

Extremely well written, very usable, great information. The only information I would have added would be the many benefits wheatgrass.

Just completed the three week cleanse. I feel great, improvements to skin, digestion, sleep, and I lost ten pounds.
