An interesting book, with a bunch of different design concepts, and a useful adder to Richard Raffan's " The Art of turned bowls".
Beware numerous typos, however. Just a few examples: Curves in Fig 2.16 are incorrect. Fig 3.3 is incorrect, as is 3.5, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11
