I've never heard of most of the items in this book. The moral of this story is to read the labels on the food you buy. Compare it with a similar item and buy the more expensive one.

A bible for all those who like the treats, but hate the junk.
Healthy snacking ideas. A must-read to all, very much an eye-opener.
