VERY informative about the history of Liberty textiles but, alas, very short on sewing instruction. The same patterns appear here as in almost all the other how-to-sew books: pillows, aprons, bags, totes, potholders. However, this is a very pretty book and while it will not teach you HOW to sew it will make you WANT to sew!

While it is full of pretty pictures of Liberty's lovely fabrics, it's a pretty lame 'how to sew' book, of which there are more that are better introductions than this. Useful for the list of sources for Liberty fabrics in the US. Otherwise, eh.
