I am trying this program after trying so many over the years. So far I lost weight steadily with out starving. Record what you eat and it's not that hard. I have about 6 months of tracking what I eat and I'll be down to my goal weight. I figure it's not that long to feel better and look better and since I'm getting older, I can't afford not to do something about my weight now. I'll let you know how I did.
