Very interesting book with a good overview of the symptoms of gluten intolerance and how it effects the whole body. HOWEVER, for the author, gluten-free solves every problem, and never even mentions the possibility of other causes.

I am allergic to gluten and have not had any for nearly ten years, but I was not symptom-free. Just recently I found I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, which has many of the same effects on health. People reading this book should be aware that gluten may not be the only problem they are dealing with.
