READ read and absorb this heart-rendering account of this strong willed woman to stands up for and against the cruelty she witnesses in her world. The massacre of thousands of horses is a tragedy of horrific dimensions. I love Velma Johnston's determination and courage to face the absurd obstacles in her life. Everyone, mostly young girls and women, should read this and learn from Velma's strengths!
