95% of this is done while sitting with the only standing portion being at the end of Disc 2 (the Strength disc). The music is low and unobtrusive. The trainer's voice is okay and she explains the movements by relating them to everyday activities. Each disc is long, but you can split each workout in half. After watching a few times, I turned off the sound and put on my own music. I would recommend this for people with mobility problems who need a seated workout. This one is worth buying and keeping.
