I found this book most interesting when he was talking about how the brain works and how it is that we come to make common and sometimes dangerous errors. However he wanders off into other topics in the second half of the book -- global warming, how life began, ... -- interesting, but they felt off-topic, and eventually he lost me and I wandered off as well.
