"Love that it takes place in Buenos Aires and that there is humour even during civil unrest." - Blind Date with a Book 2015 comment

Argentinian junta, disappeared son, Jewish family - the elements of this novel. It is somewhat Kafkaesque - hopelessness and hope. It would have been more effective if shorter.
