I've purchased this book, and read it twice and to my surprise way too much of our ailments are caused my magnesium difficiency. The soils are depleted of this important mineral so by using magnesium oil you can increase your levels quickly. I do recommend this book!

This book was a disappointment. The first half is a list of medical conditions caused by magnesium deficiency. There is almost no explanation of WHY magnesium is necessary to prevent these diseases, and I noticed a few egregious errors that made me suspicious of other "facts" in this book. For example the author asserts that pyruvic acid is a "toxic product" of an inability to digest sugar - but as any biochem 101 student knows, pyruvic acid is a crucial part of the Krebs cycle to produces energy for all living cells.
