A translation of "Kiss of the Fur Queen", the original author of this work is Cree and speaks English, Cree and French. Wanting to ensure the best translation of his work, he has looked to Robert Dickson, award-winning Ontarian translator to translate not the words but the essence and feel of this book. When receiving a prize for the translation, Tomson Highway recognized now deceased Robert Dickson for translating both words and culture.
