Teddy, an extremely liberated and bi-sexual woman, becomes the pilot for Kalki, incarnate of Vishnu, who plans to end the world, and create a new paradise. Unfortunately, the plot drags out, and the characters are weak, (except Teddy), and with little or no transformation, Disappointed...my first Gore Vidal novel.
