This pass covers up to two adults and 3 children. I got it for myself and my BF to use. The thing tells you to go to the box office, but actually have to go to the information desk to get the tickets to be admitted. I saw this in case there is a long line for the box office, no point in waiting for nothing. It is difficult to get a hold of, and that's the only thing I would say to the library to work on is their system to obtain one. Myself and my friends who went along with me, spent about a week trying to get one and going to several different libraries to be told that the person right before me picked it up. So a lot of running around and wasted gas.

Hi there, do you know if this is a family pass or for an individual? thank you!

I noticed on the availibility check that a lot of these are over due. They are hard enough to get hold of as it is.
I have been trying for weeks now. It would be great if they could be put on hold for an hour and if not collected within the hour the go back upfor availiblity.

The system for these passes needs much improvement. There's a great level of frustration in trying to acquire one now. The inventory is not correct, or not updated in a timely fashion. The in-transit passes can be in that state for up to two weeks, so a librarian just told me. Make them digital - problems solved, and they are no longer wasted sitting in a bin for weeks on end somewhere.

Iwould like the family to include a whole family even if they have 20 children. It is hard enough taking a large family to a museum as some don't even have parking for our vehicle, but when there are "family"passes that don't include our family that is more than a little frustrating.

By making it mandatory that theses passes be returned to the library they belong to, it would make them much more readily available. The in transit time is quite significant, as individuals can return the passes to any library they wish and the pass must then be shipped back to the home library for the next lucky card holder to borrow.
Thanks!

Love these passes, a great opportunity for someone without the means of going to the museums to partake! I am willing to wait a long time for an experience for me and my children that I might not have ever had otherwise. Also, if you are just looking for a day out, try one of the passes that are less popular, like the Museum of Agriculture, as they are more easily available.

We lucked out and found a pass at the Blackburn library express checkout shelf, and we have enjoyed using it five out of the seven days we had it. It's a shame with such a wonderful program to see so many gripes about there being not enough copies or having to wait so long for a hold to come available. If they made as many copies available as there is demand, the museums would never be able to sell memberships or tickets to get in. We loved the Museum of Civilization so much we'll probably buy a membership.
